K師兄去到單位，精裝交樓，吊燈、電視機裝飾背板、天花燈槽、風管式冷氣風咀都已經裝好，業主只需買傢俬就能入伙居住，不用再破$費及用長時間裝修。
今次 驗樓， 最特別是房間內的窗台隔聲音趟門，關好趟門後仍然見到好大空隙罅位，聲音可以透過罅位傳到室內，所以設計及安裝是很趣怪。
經過4小時詳細 驗樓 檢查，沒有太嚴重瑕疵，牆及天花有少量裂紋，地及牆磚亦有少量空鼓欠英泥沙狀況，來去水好暢順及無滲漏，尤其是廁所做得好少執修項目，插蘇及燈掣電力測試亦正常符合機電工程署法例要求，所以K師兄 驗樓 後給單評分達到80分。
